CNC Machining

Multiple CNC milling machines and highly capable setup technicians and operators to produce parts to print specifications.  Full programming capabilities make quick work of even the most complex parts.

Precision Grinding

A full dedicated grinding room and years of knowledge ensure any precision grinding needs are met.

Turning

Our turning capabilities are currently expanding, but currently include a manual lathe capable of most project needs.  If there is a need for more complex parts or productions quantities, we can work with other local shops to meet your needs.

Inspection

PT Industries integrates inspection throughout the manufacturing process to support quality at every stage. Our broad range of precision measuring tools and inspection equipment helps verify critical dimensions, tolerances, and part features against customer drawings and specifications. From first-piece review through final inspection, our team works to ensure every component meets the quality, consistency, and performance expectations of the job.

Welding Fabrication

PT Industries Inc. utilizes our certified welders and tool makers to perform Mig and Tig welding of Steel, Aluminum or Stainless. We have the capability to machine our welded fabrications to customer specifications.
